Why coaching?
It is part of our lives to get stuck, to have questions, to want to change,
but we don't know where or how to go next.
In these moments, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can reflect, explore and act on possibilities for change.
It's easier to find solutions when we're not alone in this.

My motto
I believe that everyone can imagine a fuller, more balanced life – and You have the inner strength to change.
Coaching is not about telling, but about listening.
Not advice, but accompaniment.
It is not the answer, but the question, that gives a new direction.

when should you contact me?

-
When am I truly present, and not just in my tasks?
If you want:

About me – From finding a way to becoming a compass for others
I have worked for over 25 years as a middle and senior manager in a Shell and MOL corporate environments, often in changing circumstances. During my work, I often had to find professional solutions in business environments and foreign corporate cultures that were unfamiliar to me. While leading people and organizations, I also worked on myself.
I have always sought deeper meaning , human connection, and the possibility of development.
In parallel, for nearly three decades, I helped associations and foundations as a volunteer consultant in the establishment and operation of Waldorf kindergartens and schools, mainly from an economic and organizational perspective.
I have organized countless caving, mountaineering, and ski tours, and I have experienced again and again how far we can go together, with trust, a common goal, and courage.
As a father of three adult children, I know what everyday life is like for families with children in the - often unclear - world of emotions and tasks.

What do I draw from?
Stepping outside the usual, the certain, is a deep self-knowledge learning process – about flexibility, adaptation, and how to create stability within when everything is changing outside.
Mindfulness and spiritual meditation are also part of my own daily renewal – they help me connect with myself, be present, and observe others with clear awareness.
I believe that change always starts from within –
by rearranging our thoughts, feelings, and decisions.
As a coach, I apply the systems-based and solution-focused methodology of Lemma Coaching.
Drawing on my professional and human experiences, I work with you in a space where structure and intuition, rationality and emotional sensitivity are present at the same time - because change is not only a goal, but also a process.
